Abstract: “China’s Training Program Intended for Nationwide Teachers of Primary and High School”,shoulders the important task of leading,demonstrating and supporting.It also embodies the national great attention to the overall quality of the primary and secondary school teachers.This paper summarizes the practical methods and the characteristics of Huaihua University’s implementation of the program,analyzes the existing problems,and then provides beneficial references for the smooth implementation of the program in the future future.
