Abstract: The delta modulation(ΔM) system,delta-sigma（Δ-Σ) modulation system and the     adaptive delta modulation（ADM）system have been simulated respectively by SystemView simulation software in this paper.The results demonstrate that the modulation of the amplitude increment of adaptive delta modulation (ADM) system can be adjusted automatically with the change of the analog signal,which overcomes overload noise produced by ΔM and Δ-Σ modulation systems,solves the contradiction of granular noise and overload noise,and extends the signal dynamic ranged.
