Abstract: Having analyzed the present problems existing in the management of the state-owned assets in universities,the author puts forward the measures to manage the state-owned assets:firstly,to set up  a specialized agency for the unified management and supervison of the state-owned assets;secondly,to perfect the management regulations to realize the standardization,legalization and informationization of the state-owned assets;thirdly,to set up the cost accounting mechanism;fourthly,to build up a contingent of administrative personnet.
