Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of 3M vitremer TM in treating wedge-shaped defect.Method 300 teeth from the 128 patients with wedge-shaped defect were divided randomly into two groups:3M vitremer TM group and light-cured composite resin.Then 150 teeth were treated with 3M vitremer TM and the other 150 teeth were treated with light-cured composite resin.Follow-up examinations were conducted after one year.Result  There were significant  difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion 3M glass vitremer restorative has better effect in treating wedge-shaped defect.
