Abstract: This paper studies the measures and objectives of cultivating the regular college students majoring in physical education in the knowledge economy epoch.It develops new ideas to cultivate knowledgeable,creative and compound P.E. regular college students and sets up the cultivation model of the P.E. major in Jishou University.
