Abstract: The article studies  the CNY exchange rate.The purpose of the article is to summaize the effective measures to tackle the problems on CNY exchange rate.It describes the adjustment mechanism of CNY exchange rate and the reasons which cause the pressure of CNY appreciation.It analyzes the positive and negative effects of CNY appreciation on economic development.Finally,the article concludes the measures which Chinese govement should take,such as optimizing and upgrading industry and trade structures,expanding domestic needs,absorbing the enormous foreign exchange reserves,and so on.
