Abstract: The characteristics of water and soil loss in this small watershed were analysed through collecting and comparing of some concerned data,the effects of detail soil property,vegetation,land utilize situation,precipitation,terrain and social economic factor on water and soil loss were elucidated carefully.Under the consideration of manage slope,manage ditch and manage river,some measures about the “Slope changes the Terraced fields”,“Planting the bush bar”,“Building the river embankment” were proposed.
