Abstract: Determination of adsorption isotherm of dihydromyricetin imprinted polymer monolith was carried out by frontal analysis technique.Langmuir,Bi-Langmuir and Freundlich equations were used for the fit of these isotherms in order to obtain the site distribution, binding constants and saturation capacities of the polymer monolith at different temperatures and under different mobile phase make-up,respectively.The results indicated that the fittings of the data to Bi-Langmuir and Freundlich model were both good. From the best fitting of Bi-Langmuir equation,it was obtained that the binding constants and saturation capacities at 20 ℃ using tetrahydrofuran as mobile phase were 0.39 mL/mg and 133.23 mg/mL for the first site class and 135.07 mL/mg and 0.071 mg/mL for the second site class, respectively.
