At the beginning of their growth,new ventures face the survival crisis of due to the lack of resources and talents.It is difficult for them to survive in the market if they only have competition or cooperation relationship.Only with the strategy of co-opetition can the new ventures survive and develop.Through the analysis of the growth strategy of Pagoda Co.,Ltd,a rising star of the domestic fresh fruit industry chain,the realistic value of the co-opetition strategy is highlighted for the growth of new ventures.
