Abstract:

Starting with the meanings and characteristics of  "Internet +"，this article analyzes its influences on college graduates employment，including employment information，vocational counsel，recruitment，business founding，and employment service.Some innovative ideas are offered in aspects of employment service，vocational counsel，evaluation of the employment tendency，psychological adjustment，employment information，and all-round education.
