Abstract: The development of e-commerce faces many problems,among which,real-time man-machine interaction (online negotiation) is the most important.Therefore,according to the working mechanism of ALICE,applying the technology of JAVA,PROGRAM D and AIML,and utilizing database technology,knowledge theory,inference rules and inference strategy,a man-machine interaction software-robot with order real-time processing is realized.This research is beneficial  to widen the applications of ALICE,provide a new way for real-time online negotiation in E-commerce orders,and release from partial work of order-processing.
