Isozyme Analysis of Different Tissues in Hemifusus Ternatanus

Abstract

Abstract: By the vertical polyacrylamide gel gradient electrophoresis,isozymes(SOD,EST,ME,MDH,LDH,GDH,ADH)from seven tissues((the mantle，the muscle，the liver，the heart，the gill，the gonad，the nidamental gland) of Hemifusus ternatanus were studied.The results showed that there were not ADH and GDH isozymes in any of seven tissues.The expression of LDH isozymes had only one band found in the heart,and the band is faint except the liver.The isozymes phenotypes of ME,EST,SOD,MDH had evident difference among certain tissues.
