Abstract: To investigate the effects of propranolol combined with amiodarone on inflammatory factors and QT interval dispersion in patients with malignant arrhythmia. 92 patients with malignant arrhythmia treated in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given amiodarone hydrochloride tablets on the basis of routine treatment, and the observation group was given propranolol hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors, QT interval dispersion and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.48%, which was higher than 78.26% in the control group (P<0.05). Tumor necrosis factor after treatment α, Interleukin-6, C-reactive protein and QT interval dispersion were lower than those before treatment, but more in the observation group (P<0.05). There were 3 cases of adverse reactions in the control group, which had no significant difference compared with 4 cases in the observation group (P>0.05). It shows that propranolol combined with amiodarone can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy, alleviate inflammatory reaction, reduce QT interval dispersion and have higher safety than amiodarone alone.

Key words: propranolol, amiodarone, malignant arrhythmia, inflammatory factors, QT interval dispersion
