摘要:幽门螺杆菌感染是世界上最常见的人类细菌感染之一,其感染病灶主要集中在消化道.由于幽门螺杆菌是一组基因组结构变异很大的细菌,幽门螺杆菌基因碱基突变而产生的基因多态性使其不同基因型对不同消化系疾病的发病和临床结局产生不同影响.所以检测幽门螺杆菌基因多态性对发现幽门螺杆菌相关消化系疾病的易患人群和开展幽门螺杆菌的防治工作具有重要意义.文章综述了幽门螺杆菌基因多态性与消化病感染临床结局关系的研究进展状况.

Abstract: Hp infection is one of the most common bacterial infection in human being,and the digestive tract is the major part of Hp infection.The genome structure of Hp has much variation,so  the mutation of Hp gene basic group causes genic polymorphism of Hp,and different gene types of Hp bring about different influences to morbidity and clinic outcomes of distinct  digestive disease.Detection of genic polymorphism of Hp has important significance for discovery,prevention,and cure of the correlated disease of Hp.
