摘要：使用高效液相色谱法测定心脉通滴丸中葛根素的含量，结果表明：在4.16～83.2 mg/L范围内，进样浓度与峰面积值有良好的线性关系，y=3 814.6x-12.716，R2=0.999 9；平均回收率为100.84％，RSD为1.06％.该法准确，重现性好，效率高，操作简便.

Abstract: Objective To establish a method for determination of Puerarin in xingmaitong.Method HPLC was used,the separation was performed on Luna C18 (5 μg,250 mm×4.6 mm) column，a mixture of methanol－water（25∶75） was servered as the mobile phase，and the detecting wavelength was at 2 250 nm.Results The linearity range was from 4.16～83.2 mg/L，and the mean recovery was 100.84％，RSD 1.06％.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and good for the determination of Puerarin in Xingmaitong,and it can be used for quality control for Xingmaitong.
