摘要/Abstract

摘要：开发了一种在5～40 ℃条件下使用的钢铁表面漆前处理锌系磷化液.该磷化液由氧化锌、磷酸、六水硝酸锌、成膜助剂、促进剂浓度构成.所获得的磷化膜连续、均匀致密，膜重约1.5～2.9 g·m-2、耐蚀性和附着力好.

Abstract: A new zinc-system phosphate solution is used for steel surface pretreatment before plating between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃.This phosphate solution is made up of ZnO,H₃PO₄,Zn(NO₃)₂·6H₂O，filming agent and accelerant solution.The film is well-proportioned and compact.At the same time,the film ’s corrosion and attachment are good.Its weight is up to 2.9 gram per square meter.
