摘要/Abstract

摘要：利用经典的Kloostermann和估计与解析方法讨论了Dirichlet L-函数的一个二次加权均值，得出了一个有趣的均值分布定理.

Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is using the classical estimation of Kloostermann sum and the analytic method to study the second power mean of Dirichlet L-functions with the weight of general Kloostermann sums,and give an interesting second mean value theorem.
