Eu(Ibu)3phen配合物的合成表征及发光性

摘要:以药物布洛芬为第一配体,稀土离子Eu(Ⅲ)为中心离子,采用溶剂法合成了Eu3+、布洛芬(Ibu)和邻菲罗啉(phen)的稀土-布洛芬药物配合物Eu(Ibu)3phen,采用元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱对配合物进行了初步结构表征,并研究了配合物的荧光性能.结果表明,该合成方法简单,Eu(Ibu)3phen产率较高,配合物Eu(Ibu)3phen的荧光发射光谱在612 nm出现Eu离子强特征荧光发射峰.该配合物有较好的发光性能,可作为安全环保的荧光材料.

Abstract: Eu (Ibu) 3phen was synthesized,with  non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Ibuprofen as the first ligand,Phenanthroline as the second ligand and the rare earth ion Eu3+ as the central ion by solvent method.The structure of the complex was characterized by elemental analysis,UV spectroscopy,and infrared spectroscopy,and the fluorescence properties of the complex were studied.The results indicate that ibuprofen can effectively serve as an antenna ligand,greatly sensitize luminescence of Eu3+,so the fluorescence emission spectra of the complex Eu (Ibu) 3phen exhibit strong characteristic fluorescence emission peaks of europium ions at 589 nm and 612 nm.The complex has good luminescence performance,so it can be used as a kind of environmentally friendly fluorescent material.
