超声微波辐射法合成苝酰胺醇酯

Synthesis of Perylene Amide Alcohol Ester Under Microwave Irradiation

摘要:采用超声微波辐射法将N-正丙基-3,4,9,10-苝四甲酸-单酸酐-单酰亚胺与卤代烷、脂肪醇合成为N-正丙基-3,4,9,10-苝四甲酸-3,4-正丁醇酯-9,10-酰亚胺.结果表明,在超声微波辐射下,N-正丙基-3,4,9,10-苝四甲酸-3,4-正丁醇酯-9,10-酰亚胺的产率为65.7%.反应时间60 min,反应温度90 ℃,微波辐射功率700 W,超声功率80%为该反应的最优反应条件.

Abstract: N-propyl-3,4,9,10-perylene terephthalic-3,4-alcohol ester-9,10-bisimide was synthesized under ultrasonic microwave radiation with N-propyl-3,4,9,10-perylene terephthalic acid and alkyl halide,aliphatic alcohol as solvent.Results showed  that this reaction afforded corresponding compound with 65.7% yields.The optimized reaction condition was as follows:700 W of microwave power,60 min of reaction time,90℃of reaction temperature,and 80% of ultrasonic power.
