    Based on the Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem,existence of positive solutions to two-point boundary value problems for fractional differential equations involving the Caputo-Fabrizio derivative is discussed,and some sufficient conditions are established to ensure the existence of at least one positive solutions to the boundary problem.

    An SEIM delayed epidemic model affected by disease awareness and incubation period is established,the basic regeneration number  of the model is given,and the existence and stability of the disease-free equilibrium point and the endemic equilibrium point of the model are analyzed.The results show that the Hopf bifurcation occurs in the model at the corresponding critical value τ0 generated by the incubation period,and the stable state of the two equilibrium points changes.When τ is fixed,with the increase of media coverage,the stronger the awareness of disease among susceptible people and the smaller the number of infected people,the easier it is to control the disease.

    To address the issues of heterogeneous content,high complexity,and inability to recognize contextual semantics in diabetic patient-patient online health communities,the BERT-embedded BiLSTM-CRF model is used to recognize six types of entities from the text of the diabetic community "Sweet Home":disease,clinical manifestation,medicine,test,body parts,and emotion.The results demonstrate that the model achieved an accuracy rate of 90.8%,a recall rate of 76%,and a F1 value of 82.8%.The BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model has been shown to be useful for recognition and to serve as a benchmark for more personalized health information and services.

    A multi-channel collaborative routing cross layer control system (referred to as the cross layer control system) for power communication networks based on IPv6 is designed to address issues such as transmission delay and channel collision caused by limited IP allocation.The hardware part of the system uses IPv6 technology to establish a communication protocol stack,and uses communication network collaboration routing to achieve cross layer control of devices such as databases,processors,and controllers in the system.The software uses the information generated by the protocol stack to build a routing control system,and uses multiple ant colony optimization algorithms to find the optimal communication path for multi-channel cooperation in the power communication network,achieving cross layer control of multi-channel cooperation routing in the power communication network.Selecting information transmission delay,channel node collision rate,and throughput as evaluation criteria,a comparative experiment was conducted between the multiple ant colony cross layer control algorithm,ant colony algorithm,and Newton algorithm.The results showed that the delay of the multiple ant colony cross layer control algorithm was maintained at around 0.03 seconds.When the number of tasks was less than 100,there was no node collision phenomenon,and the throughput was higher than 520 MB/s.This indicates that the cross layer control system has better routing cross layer control effect.

    Aiming to address the issues of high cost,slow speed,inability to recognize users,manual assistance,and lack of intelligence in existing intelligent weighing systems,we have designed and implemented a smart weighing and pricing system based on Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology.This system can identify users by reading their unique RFID tags.It utilizes an HX711 module to sense the weight and transmit the data to an STM32 control module.The STM32,in turn,writes the weight information back to the RFID tags using an RFID card reader.The shopping information stored in the RFID tags is then read by the upper computer,which completes the pricing and printing process.Throughout this entire process,no human intervention is required for weighing and pricing to be accomplished.Experimental results demonstrate that the system can accurately identify users and can efficiently perform intelligent weighing and pricing tasks.

    In order to achieve optimal control of the automotive anti-lock controller based on slip ratio identification,an optimal slip ratio identification estimator is designed based on the Kiencke μ-S model using an improved forgetting factor recursive least squares algorithm,and the estimation results of the identification estimator regarding the optimal slip ratio and peak adhesion coefficient are compared with those under the Burckhardt μ-S model.The discriminative estimator is applied to the fuzzy sliding mode controller of the automotive anti-lock braking system,and simulation experiments are conducted under single pavement and variational pavement conditions.The experimental results show that the discriminative estimator has small errors and delays,and the anti-lock controller based on the optimal slip ratio identification can achieve online identification and fast tracking of the optimal slip ratio and effectively improve the braking efficiency.

    Taking the reticulated shell structure node as the main research object,the numerical model of the main reticulated shell structure of the dry coal shed of the power plant is constructed,the buckling mode of the perforated reticulated shell structure is studied,and the nonlinear buckling analysis is carried out to explore the static characteristics under vertical load and wind load.It is found that the stress concentration occurs at the opening of the reticulated shell.The maximum stress of the joint under the vertical load is 0.037 kPa,and the maximum stress of the joint under the wind load is 0.024 kPa.The maximum displacement of the node under the vertical load is 0.881 mm,and the maximum displacement of the node under the wind load is 1.692 mm,which is 69.34% and 19.57% higher than the average displacement of the node of the whole reticulated shell structure,respectively,which meets the requirements of the code.In the eigenvalue buckling analysis,some members of the rigid joint reticulated shell structure are deformed,which has a certain influence on the structural safety.After the re-optimization design of the reticulated shell,some joints adopt hinged joints,and the eigenvalue buckling load is 4.12% higher than that of pure rigid joints,which effectively improves the stability of the reticulated shell structure.

    In order to find possible key genes related to the synthesis of polysaccharides in Polygonatum,this study explored the correlation between the expression patterns of core genes in leaves and rhizomes of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua and Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce in combination with polysaccharide synthesis pathways from KEGG database using transcriptome data with expression difference and weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA).Our results indicated that FBA (fructose-bisphosphate aldolase) and GOLS (galactinol synthase) showed a strong correlation in Pearson linear regression calculation,which demonstrated that they are possible key genes for polysaccharide synthesis pathway in Polygonatum.

    N-propyl-3,4,9,10-perylene terephthalic-3,4-alcohol ester-9,10-bisimide was synthesized under ultrasonic microwave radiation with N-propyl-3,4,9,10-perylene terephthalic acid and alkyl halide,aliphatic alcohol as solvent.Results showed  that this reaction afforded corresponding compound with 65.7% yields.The optimized reaction condition was as follows:700 W of microwave power,60 min of reaction time,90℃of reaction temperature,and 80% of ultrasonic power.

    Three representative scenic-reliant villages  in Wulingyuan District were selected as the research samples,and the method of Participatory Rural Appraisal combined with GIS spatial analysis was used to study the spatial distribution characteristics of the guest houses and the influencing factors in the study area.The results indicate that the spatial distribution of the guest houses forms a clustering pattern,which differs significantly from the random distribution pattern and has varying degrees of clustering.The spatial distribution of guest houses forms a hierarchical agglomeration pattern,presenting a spatial form of multi center distribution.The guest houses are mainly located in scenic areas with abundant tourism resources and near the main roads in the village.There are diverse influencing factors for the spatial distribution of the guest houses.Tourism resources,transportation conditions,product orientation and policy support are important for the location and spatial distribution of rural guest houses.

    To explore the influence of mentor's supporting leadership on graduate research innovation ability,the mediation effect of emotional intelligence and academic stress is investigated.Structural equation model analysis of 926 samples from college graduates in Hunan reveal that mentor's supporting leadership has a significant positive predictive effect on graduate research innovation ability;emotional intelligence and academic stress play a separate partial mediating role and a chained mediating role between mentor's supporting leadership and graduate research innovation ability.

    Taking Guanshe Village in Fujian Province as a research case, an evaluation index system for the vulnerability of tourism based ethnic minority characteristic villages was constructed from two levels: internal reasons and external influences, using literature review, questionnaire survey, and other methods.The explanatory structure model was used to systematically analyze the impact of each factor on the vulnerability of ethnic minority villages.The results indicate that the changes in traditional cultural customs and natural environmental disasters directly affect the vulnerability of tourism oriented ethnic minority villages; The alienation of traditional architectural renewal and the unsustainable investment in construction are indirect impacts;Excessive tourism development is an important aspect of the vulnerability of tourism oriented ethnic minority villages; The insufficient awareness of residents' protection and the process of urbanization are the fundamental impacts on the vulnerability of tourism oriented ethnic minority villages.Based on the current development issues and future development needs, this paper proposes protection strategies for tourism oriented ethnic minority characteristic villages in the new era from five perspectives: ideological understanding, coordinated development, cultural inheritance, cultural tourism integration, and safety management.
