Abstract: Traditional paper media management mode is not beneficial for teachers to direct and supervise students writing thesis,and it was  not beneficial for the administrative department to effectively supervise the whole progress either.Based on B/S structure and MVC mode,the system introduced in this paper uses electronic document as the media to realize the digital management of the thesis writing,and thus avoids the disadvantages of the traditional management mode.
