Abstract: The process of gear entire corner contact is analysed.Ascertaining the equivalent point position of the starting point of corner contact on the meshing line,the radius from corner contact to gear center and computation of both of the gears’ load angle of the corner contact point,the authors solve the calculating method of corner contact impact rate.
