Study on Li Doped WO3 Electrochromic Thin Films byOrthogonal Design

Abstract: The property of pure WO3 electrochromic thin films is no longer  adaptable to practical application.In the area of improving the property of WO3 thin films,doping has been the most important event now.Our study aims at using lithium acetate as Li doping sourse,and it is proved that the property of WO3 thin films by doping Li is improved a lot.How much Li should be doped is discussed by orthogonal design.
