Abstract:

In the existing research results of the agricultural efficiency，using Data Envelope Analysis(DEA)and related models of many achievements，but there are few studies on the efficiency evaluation of the agricultural economy in underdeveloped minority gathering areas of the economy.This paper uses DEA BCC and supper efficiency DEA model in eight counties of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture agricultural economic input-output relative efficiency of quantitative analysis，evaluation of the efficiency of the agricultural economy，revealing agricultural economic input and output problems.The results show that：the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture agricultural economy scale is small and low degree of maketization，there is no scaleeffective industrial economy and the regional economy，but shows the relative efficiency of agricultural economic development is good on the whole.Projection analysis of non DEA effective regions found a great potential to inprove the efficiency of the agricultural economy must be put into effect in while expanding scale of agricultural industrialization and inproving the degree of maketization.
