Abstract: Through the analysis on the oscillating and temperature-controlled circuits,a 50 MHz high-stability miniature OCXO (Oven Controlled X-tal Oscillator) is designed.The Pierce parallel circuit and the DC thermostatic circuit are used respectively as the oscillating circuit and temperature-controlled circuit.The structure of oven is improved for smaller size and the measurement results of some simples are given in the end.
