Abstract: The effective dielectric constant of single Carbon Nanotube is first calculated,then the On-shell method is applied to calculating the effective dielectric constant of two-dimensional crystal in array Carbon Nanotube.The results even more closely approximate to the experimental data compared with Maxwell-Garnett Method.
