Abstract: To explore the clinical significance of NST ( non-stress test) monitoring in fetal heart rate.Method 60 cases of abnormal NST monitoring graphs indicating fetal distress were undergone cesarean section, and the abnormal finding during the operation. Result ( 1) Transient deceleration or scatlered deceleration was mainly seen in oligohydramnios( 55%, 30%) . ( 2) Transient acceleration was mainly due to corproblems ( 83.3% ) . ( 3) Low feasibility of the baseline, especially the flat types, was a demonstration of fetus oxygine lackage. ( 4) In the cases of combined pattern of deceleration and acceleration, prolapse of cord was suggested. Conclusion the abnormalities in fetal heart rate monitoring with non-stress test indicated high risk factors and close attention must be paid to these fetuses.
