摘要/Abstract

摘要：利用Gauss和的定义、三角和估计及其解析方法，研究了Dirichlet L-函数倒数的一次加权均值分布，得到一个有趣的加权均值分布的渐近公式.

Abstract: The first power weighted mean of Dirichlet L-functions and the asymptotic formula of a mean value are presented using the definition of Gauss sum，the estimation of trigonometric sum and the analytic methods.
