餐厨垃圾渗滤液的基本特性分析

Characteristics Analyses of Kitchen Waste Leachate

摘要:以吉首大学某学生食堂的餐厨垃圾为原料,对餐厨垃圾渗滤液的基本特性进行了试验分析.试验结果表明,经过为期8周的厌氧发酵获得的餐厨垃圾渗滤液的COD质量浓度和氨氮质量浓度分别高达140.6 g/L和16.2 g/L;随着厌氧发酵时间的延长,餐厨垃圾渗滤液的pH值由1周末的5.9逐渐降低为8周末的3.7;同期VFA质量浓度则由6.7 g/L增加到17.9g/L;COD质量浓度由57.9 g/L增加至140.6 g/L,NH+4—N质量浓度由0.3 g/L增加至16.2 g/L;继续延长反应时间,餐厨垃圾渗滤液的pH趋于稳定,VFA和NH+4—N质量浓度增加缓慢,COD质量浓度呈下降趋势.

Abstract: The kitchen wastes were collected from a student canteen in Jishou University to produce kitchen waste leachate in the laboratory in an anaerobic acidogenic reactor.The characteristics of kitchen waste leachate were analyzed.Results show that the concentration of COD and NH+4—N  for formed kitchen waste leachate after reaction for 8 weeks is more than 140.6 g/L and 16.2 g/L,respectively.With the increase of fermentation time,the pH of the kitchen waste leachate decreased from 5.9 in the end of 1st week to 3.7 in the end of 8th week.At the same time,the VFA concentration increased from 6.7 g/L to 17.9 g/L and the COD concentration increased from 57.9 g/L to 140.6 g/L,while the NH+4—N concentration increased 0.3g/L to 16.2 g/L.Prolonging the reaction time,the pH of the kitchen waste leachate tends to be stable and the concentration of VFA and NH+4—N  increases slowly,while the concentration of COD has a downward trend.
