一维非厄米电路系统的趋肤效应

摘要:设计了一个一维非厄米Hatono-Nelson单链电路模型,通过改变链间耦合强度,探究了3种不同参数情况下的非厄米趋肤效应,并在此基础上开展了电路仿真实验.结果表明,当链间采用互易耦合连接(厄米极限)时,系统在周期性边界条件(PBC)下的能谱与开边界条件(OBC)下的能谱重合,广义布里渊区与布里渊区相同,且本征态在体内扩展,形成扩展态;当链间采用非互易耦合连接,向右的耦合强度大于向左的耦合强度时,系统在PBC下的能谱与OBC下的能谱差异巨大,广义布里渊区位于布里渊区内部,且本征态向左聚集,形成左趋肤模式;当链间采用非互易耦合连接,向右的耦合强度小于向左的耦合强度时,系统的PBC能谱与OBC能谱差异巨大,广义布里渊区包含布里渊区,且本征态向右聚集,形成右趋肤模式;3种情况下的趋肤效应均能通过电路仿真观测到,且电路仿真结果与理论计算结果吻合较好.

Abstract: A one-dimensional non-Hermitian Hatono-Nelson single-chain circuit model was designed.By varying the inter-chain coupling strength,the non-Hermitian skin effect in three different parameter conditions was explored.On this basis,circuit simulation experiments were carried out.The results show that when the interchain coupling is reciprocal (Hermitian limit),the system's PBC energy spectrum coincides with the OBC energy spectrum,the generalized Brillouin zone (GBZ) is identical with the Brillouin zone (BZ),and the eigenstates extend throughout the bulk,forming extended states.When the interchain coupling is non-reciprocal with a rightward coupling strength greater than the leftward coupling strength,the PBC and OBC energy spectra differ significantly,the GBZ lies inside the BZ,and the eigenstates localize to the left,forming left skin modes.Conversely,when the rightward coupling strength is smaller than the leftward coupling strength,the PBC and OBC energy spectra also differ substantially,the GBZ encloses the BZ,and the eigenstates localize to the right,forming right skin modes.The skin effect in all three cases can be successfully observed in the circuit simulations,and the experimental results agree well with theoretical calculations.
