摘要：通过对湖南吉凤经济开发区土地利用状况进行调查，评价、测算了开发区土地集约利用程度、土地集约利用潜力，并全面分析了土地集约利用状况。结果表明吉凤开发区土地集约度综合分值为66.05%，集约利用潜力为469.96 hm2；并提出了促进节约集约用地的对策建议.

Abstract: With a thorough investigation into the the land utilization condition in JiFeng Economic Development Zone of Xiangxi,Hunan,a comprehensive evaluation of the intensive land utilization and land utilizing potential is given in this paper.The results show that intensity on the value of land is 66.05%，and the total utilization potential is 469.96 hm2.Measures to promote economical and intensive land utilization are proposed.
