摘要：以地方性高校吉首大学为例，结合12个社会服务数据指标，利用主成分分析法分析了吉首大学2001至2010年社会服务绩效评价.结果表明：吉首大学社会化服务绩效评价主要存在第一主成分分析，其历年社会服务绩效呈现上升趋势，这与吉首大学现实是相符合的.

Abstract: Taking Jishou University as a case,the paper applies the main factor analysis method to evaluate the performance evaluation of the local university based on the twelve indices.The social service performance of Jishou University has been increasing from 2001 to 2010 which conforms to the reality of Jishou University.
