摘要:分析了以往电子警察前端系统优缺点的基础上,提出了改进方案:在视频检测区设置2至4个视频虚拟线圈进行车辆的检测,每个线圈中取部分样本像素作为检测闯红灯车辆的依据.该改进方案提高了检测速度,具有实用性,在实际使用中,可根据现场情况对虚拟线圈的划分个数和检测区域进行调整,从而能取得更好的效果.

Abstract: Based on analysis of the advantages and the disadvantages of the previous electronic police system,an improved front-end system scheme is proposed.This scheme uses 2 to 4 virtual coils to detect the vehicle running the red light.In order to improve the detection rate,a portion sample pixels’ changing of each coil is used as the basis to detect the vehicles which fail to stop at the red light,and this approach is practical.In actual use,the numbers and detecting areas of the virtual coils can be adjusted according to the scene,which can achieve better results.
