野菊花精油的提取及其在功能性日用品中的应用

Extraction of Essential Oil from Chrysanthemum Indicum L and It’s Application to Functional Commodity

摘要:以精油质量作为评价指标,用单因素实验法确定野菊花精油的最佳超声提取工艺.结果表明,在250 W超声条件下,按照料液质量体积比(g/mL)1∶8、用80 mL 60%乙醇在30 ℃提取30 min,精油得率为4.3%.由野菊花精油制得的化妆品和洗浴用品不但保留了野菊花的特殊香气,还具有优良的消炎杀菌效果.

Abstract: The quality of the essential oil from Chrysanthemum indicum L being the evaluating index,the optimum ultrasonic extraction technology was identified by single factor test.The results showed that when the material-to-liquid ratio was 1∶8 (W/V),extracting with 80 mL 60% ethanol for 30 mins at 250 W ultrasonic power and 30 ℃,the extraction rate was 4.3%.The cosmetics and shampoo with such essential oil have the original aroma of Chrysanthemum indicum L and good  sterilization efficacy.
