Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi of Huperzia Serrata

摘要:从蛇足石杉的培养组织中分离内生真菌,利用传统方法,观察菌落的外观形态,对照《真菌鉴定手册》对其进行鉴定.通过马铃薯培养基(PDA)培养菌体,通过三点接种、分区划线的方法进行分离纯化,利用显微摄影的技术进行形态观察和鉴定.从蛇足石杉的茎尖培养组织中分离出7株内生真菌,经鉴定它们分别属于盘菌属、镶孢霉属、瓶梗青霉属、青霉属、沙卡氏属、曲霉属.

Abstract: Endophytic fungi of the cultured tissue from Huperzia serrata were isolated and identified by observing the appearance shape of colonies according to the Identification Handbook of Fungus.In this study,the endophytic fungi were cultured in PDA medium and purified by the methods of agar plate.At the same time the shape of these fungi was observed and identified by microphotograph technology.The results showed that there were seven endophytic fungi species isolated from the cultured tissue of the tip stem of Huperzia serrata,which respectively belonged to Peziza Dill.ex Fr,Paecilomyces Bainier,Saccardia Cooke,A.ustus,P.chrysogenim,Coniothecium Cda.
