摘要/Abstract

摘要：在信息技术和经济全球化的推动下，以信息化建设打造自身竞争力的公司大量出现，信息化为它们提供了更大的优势和利润.然而近几年的调查结果显示，我国企业特别是在我国国民经济中起着重要作用的中小型企业的信息化情况很不理想，这使得我国企业在参与国际、国内市场资源配置的竞争中面临着越来越严峻的挑战，如何加快信息化进展已成为我国中小企业所面临的重要课题.

Abstract: Under information technology and economic globalization,numerous enterprises which accelerate informatization construction to improve its competitiveness have appeared.Informatization has provided great benefits and profits to them.According to surveys conducted over the last few years,the informatization development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country which play an important role in national economy is far from perfect.It makes our enterprises face up with severe challenges in international competition.Therefore,how to promote informatization of the small and medium-side enterprises has become an important project.
