摘要:介绍了青蒿药用成分提取方法——冷浸提取、回流提取、索氏提取、超声波提取、温浸提取、超临界CO2萃取、水蒸气蒸馏法提取等方法及检测技术,综述了以上技术在青蒿药用成分提取和检测中的研究现状,并展望了青蒿素的应用前景.

Abstract: Extraction methods and detection technologies of pharmaceutical ingredients of Artemisia annua were introduced such as cold leaching extraction,refluxing extraction,soxhlet extraction,ultrasonic extraction,warm leaching extraction,supercritical CO2 extraction,steam distillation and so on.This review summarized research progress on Extraction methods and detection technologies of pharmaceutical ingredients of Artemisia annua,and the application prospect was discussed and outlooked.
