摘要:以通用有限元分析软件Ansys的二次开发语言APDL为开发工具,以网架结构的杆件截面面积作为设计变量,以网架结构的总质量作为目标函数,并考虑网架的强度、稳定、刚度、挠度以及截面规格等约束条件,采用改进的一维搜索算法和满应力准则法,分刚度、应力两步骤对网架结构进行优化.工程实例表明,该优化设计原理简单,收敛速度快,Ansys的分析结果可直接作为优化设计结果使用.

Abstract: APDL,the re-development language of the common finite element analysis software ANSYS,was adopted as development tool.Member cross section areas of the grid structure were taken as the design variables.The total weight of the grid was considered as the objective function.The restrain conditions such as strength,stability,rigidity,deflection and cross section dimensions were considered.The improved one-dimensional search method and full-stress method were selected as the optimization method.The two steps,rigidity optimization and stress optimization,were taken as optimization process.The calculated results show that the optimal method has simple principle and good convergence rate.The result of Ansys can be directly used as the optimization of design.
