尖叶拟船叶藓愈伤组织诱导实验

Primary Study on the Callus Induction of Dolichomitriopsis diversiformis

摘要:以尖叶拟船叶藓(Dolichomitriopsis diversiformis (Mitt.) Nog.)原丝体为外植体,研究2种植物激素(2,4-D和6-BA)对其愈伤组织诱导的作用,并在显微镜下观察原丝体细胞在愈伤组织诱导过程中的变化特征.实验结果表明:植物激素对其愈伤组织的诱导是必需的,2,4-D质量浓度为1.0~1.5 mg/L时对愈伤组织诱导无影响,6-BA质量浓度为1.0~1.5 mg/L时能诱导出愈伤组织.

Abstract: The protonema of Dolichomitriopsis diversiformis (Mitt.) Nog. being used as explants,the effects of two hormones,2,4-D and 6-BA,on the induction of its callus were studied,and the changes of protonema cells were recorded by using the microscope.Results showed that hormones were necessary on its callus induction,2,4-D (0.5~1.5 mg/L) had no effect on callus induction,while 6-BA (1.0~1.5 mg/L) had an obvious effect on it.
