溶胶-凝胶法制备Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3薄膜及其性质

Preparation of  Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 Thin Films by Sol-Gel Technique and the Film Characteristics

摘要:采用溶液沉积法制备Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3薄膜,用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜检测和分析薄膜的物相及表面形貌,采用循环伏安检测不同条件下制备的Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3薄膜的电化学窗口,采用电流检测仪测定薄膜的电子绝缘性能.研究表明该法制备的Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3薄膜结晶性良好,薄膜均匀、致密、无龟裂,薄膜的电化学窗口为2.4V,电子电导率的数量级为10-11 S/cm,薄膜具有较宽的电化学窗口和良好的电子绝缘性.

Abstract: Solid electrolyte of Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 thin films were prepared by sol-gel technique.The phase identification and surface morphology were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Electrochemical window and electronic insulating properties were examined by cyclic voltammetry and current testing instrument.The results show that the films with good crystallinity are homogeneous,dense and crack-free.The electrochemical window is more than 2.4V,and the electronic conductivity is 10-11 S.cm-1.The film possesses wide electrochemical window and good electronic insulating.
