摘要:以ZrOCl2,Ca(NO3)2和NH3·H2O为原料,用液相化学共沉淀法制备(ZrO2 )0.9-(CaO)0.1粉末,经过600 ℃热处理,用TEM观察形貌,BET测定粒子尺寸,XRD和Raman光谱分析相结构.结果表明:粉末样品的粒径为8.9 nm,晶粒表现为0.5 nm的立方相结构.
