交流电电热器加热板温度的变化规律

摘要:研究了以交流电为电源的加热板电热器的加热热行为, 建立了传热模型, 用数值方法求得温度随时间的变化关系. 计算结果表明: 温度的变化周期与加热源的交变周期完全一致, 且其交变周期为电压交变周期的1/2; 振幅大小与平均加热量q、加热源周期??q、总热容cV 及单位温度变化的换热量aA 有关. 定义振幅准数, 根据计算结果找出了振幅与振幅准数等影响因素的定量关系.

Abstract: Thermal characteristic of hot plate in alternating current ( AC) electric heater is studied, the heat transfer model is built and is solved by numerical method to find out the relationship between temperature and t ime.The results indicate:The periodicity of temperature completely matches with that of AC electric heating source, and its value just is half of the periodicity of AC electric voltage, that is τtq = 1/2τe .The effects of heat ing power ( q ) , periodicity of
heating source (τq ) , total heating capacity ( ρcV ) , heat exchange rate per 1 K ( aA ) on amplitude value are studied in detail.An amplitude number is defined, and a quantitat ive regression equation between amplitude and amplitude number is found.
