摘要：为探讨剖宫产术后并发血栓性静脉炎的诊断治疗及预防措施, 临床报道了剖宫产术后血栓性静脉炎并广泛血栓反复形成患者1 例的临床特点及诊断、治疗和预防方法. 经彩色多普勒超声诊断, 抗凝、溶栓、支持等保守治疗, 预后良好. 血栓性静脉炎治疗的关键是尽早溶栓.

Abstract: To study the diagnose, treatment, and precautionary measures of thrombophlebitis caused by cesarean section,one case is clinically reported concerned a patient who had thrombophlebitis caused by cesarean section and repeated forming widespread thrombi.The patient recovered well after colorful Doppler ultrasonic diagnoses and conservative treatments including anticoagulant, thrombolytic therapy, and supporting etc. . Thrombolyt ic therapy as early as possible is the key to treat thrombophlebitis.
