Research About How to Extract Hydrochloride Existing in Ethylenediamine

摘要:采用甲醇钠为中和剂, 中和乙二胺盐酸盐的新方法来脱除HCl. 由于甲醇的沸点低, 乙二胺的分馏提纯易实现,可使能耗降低. 通过中和、脱盐、脱水、蒸馏等操作得到了高纯度的乙二胺, 回收率可达94%.

Abstract: A novel method, employing sodium methandate as the neutralizer for ethylenediamine hydrochloride is deve-l oped to extract hydrochloride. Because of the low boiling point of methanol, it is not only easier for separation and puri fication of ethylendiamine, but also lower for the energy consumption. By the operations of neutralization, desalination,dehydration and distillat ion, high purified enthylenediamine can be obtained with 94% productive ratio.
