纤维素酶制备魔芋葡甘低聚糖

Preparation of Konjac Oligo-Glucomannan by Cellulase

摘要:利用纤维素酶(绿色木霉,E c 3.2.1.4)酶解魔芋葡甘聚糖.10 g魔芋精粉,500 U纤维素酶,在40℃,pH值为5.0时反应2 h为最适条件.此条件下所得低聚糖数均相对分子量为5 100,重均相对分子量为7 160.

Abstract: Konjac glucomannan was enzymolysized by cellulase (Ec.3.2.1.4).The optimal parameters were 10 g konjac refined powder were reacted with 500 U cellulase at pH  5.0 and in 40 ℃ for 2 h.The molecular weight of the oligo-glucomannan was measured by GPC,the mean Mw was 5 100 and the mean Mn was 7 610.
