纳木错牦牛粪便中纤维素降解菌的鉴定及产酶特征

Identification  of Cellulose Degrading Bacteria in Namco Yak Dung and Its Enzyme Production Characteristics

摘要:通过富集、纯化从西藏纳木错的牦牛粪便中筛选得到2株高效纤维素降解菌株,采用滤纸条崩解试验测定不同培养温度、培养时间和初始pH值条件下纤维素降解菌株的产酶特征,并初步分析了目标菌株的遗传地位.结果表明,菌株X1和X2具有显著降解纤维素优势,两菌株在培养温度9 ℃、培养时间6 d、初始pH值4的条件下,产出的纤维素降解酶具有较强的相对酶活性.系统发育分析显示,X1和X2可能为Cronobacter属菌株.

Abstract: Through enrichment and purification,high efficient cellulose degrading strains were screened from yak dung in Namco Lake,Tibet.The enzyme production characteristics of cellulose degrading strains under different conditions were determined,and the genetic differences of the target strains were analyzed.The results showed that strain X1 and X2 had significant cellulose degradation advantage,and the relative enzyme activities of the two strains were strong at pH 4 and 9 ℃.Phylogenetic analysis showed that X1 and X2 might belong to the genus Cronobacter.
