Nanosized Zinc Oxide Prepared by Liquid- phase Precipitation

摘要:以 ZnSO4•7H2O 和( NH4) 2CO3 为原料,添加表面活性剂, 在室温下、水溶液中沉淀出碳酸锌胶状沉淀, 经洗涤干燥后在200  热分解, 得到纳米氧化锌粉末,经XRD和TEM检测,粒径为5.7 nm.

Abstract: By using ZnSO4•7H2O and (NH4)2CO3 as materials, Zinc carbonate colloid was obtained in water at room temperature with presence of surface active reagent , then Nanocrystalline ZnO was produced by decomposed after washing and desiccated. Nanosized Zinc Oxide was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction ( XRD) and transmission electron microscope ( TEM) . XRD and TEM show that ZnO crystalline is spherical particle with hexagonal structure,
the average diameter size is 5. 7 nm.
