摘要:湘西杜鹃花根经乙醇冷浸, 索氏提取器回流提取, 分离纯化得黄酮,用分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定总黄酮和单一成分含量.结果表明: 总黄酮为0.189%~0.225%,芦丁为3.77~ 3.89 g/ml.

Abstract: The hlavone compound of Xiangxi Rhododendron can be extracted from its root by ethanol leach, soxhled extraction, isolation and purification. The contents of the total flavonids and oneness were determined by spectrophotometry and PLC. It was shown that total flavonids is 0.189%~0.225% and rutionoside is 3.77~ 3.89  g/ml.
