乙醇提取雷竹叶芳香油及其红外光谱分析

摘要:以新鲜和干雷竹叶为材料提取雷竹叶中的芳香油,经乙醇浸提、超声处理、蒸馏以及精制,获得了具有清香味的淡黄色透明液体芳香油.经用红外的光谱拟合及其差谱处理技术对2种芳香油的组分和基团进行测定和认证,较简捷、方便、快速的给出了丰富信息,发现干竹叶较鲜竹叶组分的数量和种类增多,这对中药利用干竹叶的原理及效用提供了有力支持.

Abstract: Using fresh and dry Lei bamboo leaves as the materials of the aromatic extract oil by the ethanol extraction and  dealing with by ultrasonic,distillation,and refining,clear light yellow transparent liquid of aromatic oil was obtained.By means of subtractive spectroscopy and spectrum fitting of FT-IR,the composition and groups of the two kinds of aromatic oil are determined and authenticated.It is found that in dry leaves there are more components than in fresh leaves,which provides strong support  for the principle and effects of selecting and using dry bambso leaves in traditional Chinese medicine.
