土家药水黄连的研究现状及临床应用

Research Status and Clinical Application of the Tujia Medicinal Swertia davidii

摘要:为了深入挖掘土家药水黄连的药用潜力,通过查阅中草药典籍及相关文献,从生药鉴定、化学成分、含量测定、提取工艺、药理作用及临床应用6个维度,对水黄连的研究现状进行了较为全面的综述.结果表明,水黄连富含呫吨酮类、环烯醚萜类、三萜类、黄酮类及酚类等多种化学成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗病毒及抗氧化等多种药理活性;在临床实践中,水黄连被广泛用于治疗肺热、肺炎、黄疸、胆囊炎、急慢性肠炎、妇科炎症、痢疾、腹泻、尿路感染、恶疮疥癣、口腔溃疡等多种疾病,显示出极高的药用价值.

Abstract: To further explore the medicinal potential of Tujia medicine,this paper comprehensively reviews the research progress of Swertia davidii in six aspects,including crude drug identification,chemical composition,content determination,extraction technology,pharmacological action,and clinical application,by referring to Chinese herbal medicine classics and related literature.The results indicate that Swertia davidii is abundant in various chemical components,including xanthones,iridoids,triterpenoids,and flavonoids,and exhibits diverse pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antitumor,antiviral,and antioxidant properties.In clinical practice,Swertia davidii is extensively used in the treatment of pulmonary fever,pneumonia,jaundice,cholecystitis,acute and chronic enteritis,gynecological inflammation,dysentery,diarrhea,urinary tract infections,scabies,oral ulcers,and other diseases,demonstrating significant medicinal value.
